Description

The Fundamentals of Corrective Exercise teaches fitness professionals about the various types of corrective exercises that are most effective for addressing muscle and movement dysfunction caused by common musculoskeletal imbalances. You will learn about about the elements of a successful corrective exercise program, detailed information about the types and uses of corrective exercises, how to select exercises based on which muscles and soft tissues are affected by a client’s musculoskeletal imbalances, and how to adapt exercises according to a client’s needs and abilities.
